wattlegroveeuca.com.au does not offer refunds or exchanges on WATTLE GROVE items purchased from the website. This is due to the consumable nature of our products. However, if something you ordered arrives damaged, we will gladly replace this item for you.

We take care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order at hello@wattlegroveeuca.com.au. Please make sure to include your order number, a photo of the damaged item, as well as your name and phone number should we need to contact you. All damaged items will be replaced for the same item only.

DESIGNSTUFF products - If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange, provided the item is returned unused and in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.

Simply email us at hello@wattlegroveeuca.com.au for a return label - return the item unused, in its original condition and packaging (including the product manual and tags). Please ensure the product and its packaging are not damaged, assembled, or modified before returning it. We’re unable to process refunds in such cases.
